Why Appleton?
Appleton Construction is a Saskatoon-based commercial construction management firm. Founded by Brendan Wall — a journeyman carpenter with 20 years of hands-on experience — we engage during the design phase, before plans are finalized and before costly decisions are locked in.
Involved Early. Construction problems can often be embedded in a project contractor shows up. We engage alongside your architect and design team to provide accurate pricing, flag constructability issues, and advise on materials before they're committed to. Better decisions earlier means fewer problems later.
Owner-Led Throughout. Every project is managed by Brendan personally, from initial consultation to final walk-through. You won't be handed off to a project manager or estimator. One point of contact, accountable for the outcome.
